Old Fashioned Christmas
The vocal music teacher at our school is really great. She designs a kind of musical each year for the elementary Christmas concert with acting parts, costumes and of course, singing. Last year they wore pjs, hats, mittens, and scarves and acted out a snowball fight. This year the theme was an Old Fashioned Christmas and an older gentleman read 'Twas the Night Before Christmas while the kids sang and dressed in their Christmas best. I was glad we finally got another chance to wear our Christmas best before it doesn't fit anymore.

Ha ha!! Love all these pictures, but the one of Casey grabbing your face is the best! :) That could've been Noah and I at Caleb's preschool Christmas program. 'Lil Noe just didn't have the patience to sit through it quietly, so he acted accordingly. :)
I can't believe how grown up Emily and Carter look. Must be some thing about their Christmas best that makes them look older. :)

We can totally relate to the younger sibling acting that way! I think I have more video of the "antsy sibling" than the child in the program! Emily looked so beautiful and Carter like such a handsome little man. Thanks again for sharing!

He just can't appreciate a good Christmas carol, huh? So good to see him mobile again! Emily's dress & hair--my goodness, is she 14? She looks very grown up. And poor Carter-he is proof that men have that "a woman/mom made me dress up. again. and I don't like it." look. He's so cute & doesn't even know it! :-)
What cute kids. Carter with his hands over his ears cracks me up!!
