Emily and Casey and I mixed dough from scratch...
Then we had to wait while it cooled...? Bake each half of the house for 20 minutes and cool it again. We mixed up frosting and then attempted assembly.
As you can see we needed Al's expertise to make it stand up!
Emily took on the task of decorating our creation and finally at 8:30 p.m. at night, she unveiled her masterpiece!
Not a bad end to the 100th day of 3rd grade, huh?

What a cool way to keep in touch with friends and family! Maybe I'll have to look into something like this to keep in touch with friends far away! Just don't know where and how you find the time. I'm too tired when I get home - guess I need a new project to renew some energy.
